Remediation Work at LRCP

Following a flood at LHSC's London Cancer Centre (LRCP) from a burst water main, we upgraded 30-year-old carpeting, wallpaper, and lighting in the LRCP. Carpets were replaced with more durable and easier to clean vinyl flooring, wallpaper was replaced with paint, and lighting was upgraded to energy efficient LED lights.
Window Replacements at University Hospital

We installed over 500 windows at University Hospital over a 5-year contract. Work could only be completed during warm months, and had to be carefully coordinated between LHSC's FM Team, Architect, Nursing Staff, and us to ensure minimal disruption to patients.

Exterior Cladding at University Hospital

Emergency HVAC Improvements

HVAC failures occurred at LHSC's 746 Baseline Road building in the summer of 2019, during an intense heat wave. This resulted in a shutdown of air conditioning in the building. We quickly installed over 200 tons of temporary cooling in the building, by removing some windows and installing temporary ductwork. BH Construction completed the emergency work in less than two days!
